Jungle is easily one of the most variable traits. This is what makes Jungle a very cool trait to work with!
The first Jungle Boa was born in Sweden, Lars Brandle bought a large zigzag patterned Boa from a zoo and bred it to a normal appearing Columbian Boa. The result of this breeding was half a litter of zigzag patterned Boas. The next breeding was the original zigzag Boa with one of it’s offspring, this resulted in the worlds first Super Jungle. That’s when it was clear the zigzag offspring were Jungles Boas.
Jungle is not just a pattern anomaly, it affects the colors as well. They can exhibit an extremely variable degree of pattern abarrancies, but can also have very subtile pattern abarrancies. It varies from bold circles and saddles to freaky aberrant chain link and zigzag patterns.
The Supers are in a league of their own, extremely aberrant, amazing colors with a very clean background color and very distinct eyes.
We are working with some great looking, very aberrant Jungles. We have have got a number of project going on with the Jungle trait.
